Returns and Refunds

The 30 night trial

Live with it for 30 nights, counted from the day it arrives at your door, not the day you ordered. If it does not do what we said it would, email scott@sweeneysells.com and we will refund you. No restocking fee and no arguing.

You usually keep it

For most items we refund you and tell you to keep it or give it away. Shipping a product back across the world costs more than it is worth, and we would rather you not waste an afternoon at the post office.

How to start a return

Email scott@sweeneysells.com with your order number and one line about what went wrong. We reply within one business day with return instructions.

When you get your money

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo. We will ship a replacement or refund you, and you will not pay return shipping. That is on us.

What we cannot take back

Items that have been damaged through misuse, and anything sent back after 30 days without contacting us first.
