Does it hurt or pull?
It should not. The blades shear rather than grab, which is the usual cause of pulling on a cheap rotary trimmer. If it pulls for you, send it back inside 30 days.
Does it need batteries?
No. It is entirely manual, which is the whole point. Nothing to charge and nothing to replace.
Can I use it on ears and eyebrows?
Yes. The head is the same size used for nose, ear and stray brow hairs.
How do I clean it?
Rinse under warm water and dry it. The cleaning brush in the tin gets anything left in the head.
